Agree. No linesman calls that offside at full speed; no fan seeing full speed either. It's a different way to call offsides than ever before. Not to mention Drouin checked up to stay on, so there was no advantage to the Lightning.

The other thing I hate about that review is that it never works the opposite - they can't say "oops, we called it off when it wasn't" and give the possession/scoring chance back.
This has nothing to do with the fact that I bet on the Lightning.
I've posted about this before a few pages back, but the blue line really needs to be a vertical plane in regards to this rule. Player's back skate is in the air, but still above the line (or even behind it), he's onside. After all, the lines are vertical planes for the puck crossing the blue line, the goal line, etc.Bill Brasky said:

That was an emotionally draining series just as a fan, can't imagine how it was for the team. I mean, they still got through Dallas, but you have to wonder if Dallas would have gone to seven games if the Blues had a full tank of gas.
