Sitting at 164.35 vs a cutline of 150.25 with NE, HOU, MIN and SEA still to go.  Still have...

Brady - 27.35

Duke Johnson, Chris Carson, Josh Gordon, Tyler Lockett - 15.5 (Flex score)

SEA - 5

So probably not going to pick up much, if anything.  🤞
Thanks to a Duke Johnson TD and garbage time for Brady I'm now at 174.4 vs 159.15 cutline.

Still have Chris Carson, Josh Gordon, Tyler Lockett - 15.5 / 17.0 (Flex)

SEA D - 5

This could help and hurt a lot of teams....  Having them owned by many will likely raise the bar, but if a team is missing 1 part of the puzzle, they will be grabbing a chair with me to watch from the sidelines!

What surprises me is that there are 30 teams with all 4 of those I left in the quote....  out of the 321 who started the contest with them all! 9.35% survival!  OUCH....
I'm only 6 above with only Cook and Gordon.....imma need you to save me a seat too.....

3-0 final tonight. Who’s angry?
Fine with me, but if it’s not, my preference is only one big fantasy scorer tonight and that being Carson would be ideal. Whatever he scores above 9.3 counts for me, currently above the cut line.

Cut sits at 159.15 heading into Monday Night.

QB - Cousins (32), Wilson (16)

RB - Carson (298), Cook (179), Mattison (51), Penny (4)

WR - Gordon (332), Lockett (233), Metcalf (16), Diggs (14), Brown (9), Moore (1)

TE - Rudolph (19)

K - Bailey (60), Myers (18)

D - SEA (122), MIN (7)

There are 84 teams with both Carson & Cook.  The line could go up quite a bit.  Good luck
Wow...cut has only moved 2.8 pts.

Woo hoo! 177.3 and through to the finale in 99th. First time I've broken through, who's with me?
If calcomatic has it right, I'll be joining you as a 1st timer in the final 250.

No chance to win, but this is by far the strongest showing I've put up to date.

:towelwave:

I got 169.35 and absolutely no idea how I made it this far! Next 3 weeks will be fun!

Team Holloway - Made it to the finals for the second time in three seasons

QB - Goff 5-56 & Jackson 8-199

RB - K. Johnson 4-8, Carson 10-163, Breida 4-110, Duke Johnson 6-165 & Singletary 8-173

WR - Lockett 8-97, A. Robinson 9-43, Westbrook 5-121, Gallup 8-91, Moncrief 0-16, J. Gordon 2-178, Enunwa 0-12 & Gabriel 3-7

TE - Henry 6-21, Andrews 9-161, Herndon 0-32, Waller 9-176 & Kroft 0-3

PK - Santos 1-1, Bullock 6-22 & Seibert 6-55

DST - Jags 4-17, Cowboys 3-66 & Jets 6-59

cut or IR or injured

The Bills need to throw the ball more often to Singletary so that my RB corps can hold their own. Thankful for no Carson fumble this week. I am ready for Lockett to actually get targets again. My tight ends have been key to flex scoring, but Henry needs to step it up down the stretch. I am the only surviving owner of Santos, with all the kicking woes, why didn't he get another chance?

The only previous time that I made the finals was in 2017 and I finished 35th overall.

Made it through in 35th place for week 13... cut line didn't move anywhere near as much as I feared since none of the Carson/Lockett/Cook combo had especially big games.

Meant to quote you Winz --

L Jax

Brady

D Cook

Zeke

Darwin T

Boyd

Lockett

A Rob

Gallup

Andrews

Waller

Meant to quote you Winz -- no problem.  Of the 250 left, here are the number of owners of each:

L Jax - 199

Brady - 52

D Cook - 81

Zeke - 11

Darwin T - 35

Boyd - 29

Lockett - 97

A Rob - 43

Gallup - 91

Andrews - 161

Waller - 176
Zeke is a nice guy to own

Thanks for the info! The TE numbers stand out, shows how important it is to find TE values.
Andrews and Waller were not only the top 2 most common TE's from the start, they are currently TE2 & TE3, and both for under $10.  Nearly half of the remaining 250 (116) own both of them.

But only 21 Hunter Henry owners, WPS!

Haven't been updating since a 2wk timeout for Referencing someone's place of employment (that they publicly had posted). My how this place has slid. 😂

Regardless... 22nd this week with 191+

brady Edelman Doyle Waller and bucs D being standouts

How many have Doyle too? :)

I completely forgot about this contest and just checked now, apparently I got bounced last week in week 12.  Where does it say how many teams were left in for each particular week?  Just wanted to see what my final standing was.   It seems like there were 500 teams listed in week 12 but I don't see my entry.

How do you get the ownership numbers?  I’d like to check mine but don’t want to bother the fine folks in this thread with one man’s stray lineup.

Not being a DFS player I obviously didn't think to use a unique player strategy...

QB - Lamar Jackson (199), Tom Brady (52), Sam Darnold (47)

RB - Chris Carson (163), Austin Ekeler (75), Duke Johnson (165), Matt Breida (110), Devin Singletary (173)

WR - Kenny Golladay (22), Tyler Lockett (97), Robby Anderson (7), Dede Westbrook (121), Marquez Valdes-Scantling (54), Michael Gallup (91), Josh Gordon (178)

TE - O.J. Howard (13), Dallas Goedert (8), Mark Andrews (161)

K - Matt Prater (55), Matt Gay (27), Austin Seibert (55)

D - Seattle Seahawks (68), Carolina Panthers (34), New York Jets (59)

Hoping to at least squeeze out a free subscription.

QB - Lamar Jackson 8 (199), Jared Goff 5 (56)

RB - Zeke 12 (11), Chubb 9 (87), Duke 5 (165), Breida 2 (110), Singletary 7 (173)

WR - JuJu 7 (11), ARob 10 (43), Lockett 9 (97), Dede Westbrook 8 (121). Josh Gordon 2 (178)

TE - Kelce 11 (34), Andrews 9 (161)

K - Rosas 4 (15), Prater 9 (55)

D - Pitt 8 (19), NYJ 5 (59)

I have come to appreciate how much luck is necessary for staying alive in this contest.  If I had CMC and the SF D instead of Zeke and the Pitt D or Godwin & Chark instead of ARob & Westbrook (both substitutes I had thought would have made my lineup better), I would have been eliminated.  Regardless, I don't feel good about placing high with JuJu being a dead or nearly dead $30 and not having scored over 189 in any week.

hoping for a Rivers + Everett resurgence...

QB - Rivers(6) Brady (52) Carr(28)

RB- CMC(38) Carson (163) Duke (165) Jackson (16) Breida (110) Singletary (173)

WR - Kupp (32) Moore (18) Westbrook (121) Crowder (20) Humphries (11) Quinn (17) Gordon (178)

TE - Andrews (161) Waller (176) Everett (8) Uzomah (11)

K - Prater (55) Gonzalez (21) Seibert (55)

D - SF (45) Cin (16) TB (17)

Assuming these numbers are right, a bunch I copied from prior posts.  The bolded guys are likely my biggest difference-makers... especially if the widely-owned TEs Waller and Andrews have poor outings while Kelce/Kittle both put up 20+ point games.  A boy can dream.

QB - Lamar (199), Carr (28)

RB - CMC (38), Ekeler (75), Duke (165), Breida (110), Singletary (173)

WR - Julio (10), Golladay (22), Westbrook (121), Beasley (36), Gordon (178), Hardman (32)

TE - Kelce (34), Kittle (10)

K - Gay (27), Carlson (55)

D - NYJ (59), Cin (16), TB (17)

Hoping for Barkley and Thielen to return to last season's form. Hunter Henry too. And maybe a Demarcus Robinson sighting.

QB - L Jackson (199), T Brady (52), D Jones (23)

RB - S Barkley (3), CMC (38), M Sanders (47), D Singletary (173)

WR - A Thielen (8), C Godwin (74), MVS (54), J Gordon (178), C Beasley (36), D Robinson (2)

TE - H Henry (21), M Andrews (161), D Waller (176), C Uzomah (11)

PK - R Bullock (22), S Hauschka (50), A Seibert (45)

DEF - SF (45), CIN (16), NYJ (59)

Come to think of it, with such low ownership left of my RB1, WR1 and TE1, I'm lucky to have made it this far.

Ugh, ghost entry chugs on - the one bad week still the only thing keeping it out :(

Good luck to those still in.  Big Big Week!!!!

-QG

QB - Trubisky started strong with 41.50 points, while Prescott managed 22.80 during garbage time.

Jackson (199), Goff (56), Winston (55), Brady (52), Darnold (47), Allen (29), Carr (28), Jones, Prescott (23), Cousins (21), Foles, Trubisky (18), Wentz (12), Murray (10), Roethlisberger (8), Brees, Fitzpatrick, Garoppolo, Stafford, Watson, Wilson (7), Flacco, Rivers (6), Mayfield, Ryan (5), Haskins (4), Mahomes, Rodgers (3), Dalton, Rosen (2), Tannehill (1), Driskel, Griffin, Keenum, Lock, Luck, Manning, Mariota, Newton, Taylor (0)

Ghost entry which would have made it to the final 250 were it not for one sub-par week.

After 4pm games:

146.85 + (Carson - 8.50) + (Gordon/Reynolds - 13.20/13.30) + (Seattle - 5.00)

Good luck to those in the finale for real! :)

-QG

Not a good time for my lowest score of the season.  148.5 at halftime of the Sunday night game.  I'll get the rest of Kupp's points and the rest of Carson's points (-2).

Too many teens and not enough big scores this week.  Maybe I can turn it around next week and make it interesting, but I'm looking at the bottom third after one week...

So done at 148.95 which would be about 199th place and that's before tomorrow's night game.  Ghost entry wouldn't exactly be tearing it up.

-QG

181.65, good for 55th at present, might drop a few slots tomorrow with nobody going.  Looked at past 3 seasons and seems you need to average 190-200 per game (depending on the year) to win it.  So breaking 180 isn't anything to gloat about, but not the kind of score that puts you out of contention after 1 week either.
