Well now the fun starts. For O`s fan there is about a 75% chance you will see the tying run at the plate.

Love seeing JJ come up in this spot. He has been so clutch down the stretch. Drove in Jones earlier today with 2-out single, not to mention last night's huge (at the time) HR.

I thought the game was on today at 3 for some reason. Turned it on just in time to see the bullpen probably blow another game...Great.

It's worth dealing with his awful regular seasons if he's going to turn into Mickey Mantle every year in the playoffs

The announcers know this game better than Ausmus.....Don't score Miggy from first....Keep Sanchez in the game.....And don't throw Delmon a strike, he will chase...

Delmon..Mr. October!

Seems like Sanchez was just getting settled in. Joba has not pitched good for two months. But don`t deviate.

Delmon was 10-for-20 as a pinch-hitter this season. That's been his role all year and he's been killing it. This team under Buck reminds me so much of the 80s Orioles under Weaver that I can't quite believe it

This is going to come across as hind sight, but...why the hell was Sanchez removed?
Weren't they worried about his durability as he comes back from IR? But still: He was pitching fine and his pitch count was low. And it's the friggin' playoffs. Coaches costing us this game and possibly the series. ####!

Yeah, didn't even realize he hit .300 this season. Awful was a strong word...mediocre is more like it usually. But regardless, he just becomes unreal in October

That's just it, if he is laboring at all you pull him, but he was pitching great.

Good Luck in the ALCS Orioles. #### this team and it's bullpen. Big Whoop we have 4 useless Central Championships, it means absolutely nothing.

If Soria and Joba pitch again in game three, Ausmus should be removed from the dugout and fired mid game.

Delmon is a good hitter....if you throw him strikes. He looks real stupid chasing balls if you pitch him right, because he ain't walking.

No reason to get mad, this was gonna happen regardless. Soria who has been one if the best relievers in baseball for years comes to Detroit and sucks. Doesn't even make sense.

Bad managing, bad bullpen, bad bounces. You don't win in the playoffs with those things.

I think there is a lot of justification to be mad. Ausmus should go on the Sanchez move alone.

What happened to Jobas fastball? Early in the year he was hitting 95 on a regular basis and up to 97 at times. Joba lost velocity as the season wore on. I know the guy is not in good physical shape but he only pitched a couple of innings a week.

Brandon, Hoke and Ausmus. There are some buffoons in the Detroit area as of late. Put Dave Clark on the list as well.

Clarks blunder came back to haunt the Tigers. Like Eck said "Why send the teams slowest runner, put the teams best player`s ailing ankle at risk trying to score from first with nobody out??"

That was absolutely the key moment in the game, though the decision to pull Sanchez - who was unhittable - in favor of anyone else in that dumpster fire of a bullpen was mind-boggling.
