Didn't handcuff Dalvin Cook in Redraft.
Jamaal Williams or Khalil Herbert?
Jamaal Williams or Khalil Herbert?
St Brown and Swift both might miss some time. This is NOT the week to drop HockGot hockenson and higbee. Thinking about dropping hock for herbert and just rolling with higbee. Like his usage. Am I crazy? I am hurting at rb....
I have a similar situation and am leaning Williams since it sounds like Swift is more likely to miss a week or two.Didn't handcuff Dalvin Cook in Redraft.
Jamaal Williams or Khalil Herbert?
Don’t really get this. I’m in 2 redraft leagues and drafted him in both. One league only has 5 bench spots and took him in the 13th before D and K. He’s one of the top backups in the league and has produced every week. Montgomery has missed time every year. I can’t see him going undrafted honestly. Same with Mattison as he was drafted in both as well. In 1, I took him, but I also drafted Cook, so……..And so am I. If you watched football in 2021, you know this guy.I believe he means the Bears RB.In what leagues is Herbert on the WW?![]()
Same situation; I think we need to wait for clarity on the Montgomery injury.Didn't handcuff Dalvin Cook in Redraft.

No, not at all. I'm honestly surprised they are on the WW. I'd think Herbert would be rostered after last year. I'd think he'd be a top backup based on his production. Hunt, Dillon, Pollard, and Williams.......those guys I'd think are the top backups to own. Herbert falls in right behind IMO.Do you wish you played in their leagues?Don’t really get this. I'm mad at myself. I looked at Doubs on the FA list on Friday. Didn't add him.Romeo. He looks like a young Adams.

St Brown reportedly had a positive diagnosis on his ankle. He's not expected to miss time.St Brown and Swift both might miss some time. This is NOT the week to drop HockGot hockenson and higbee. He just tore something else when you mentioned his name. Poor fellaAt what point does Will Fuller start to get on the fantasy radar? He’s gonna get picked up at some point and will be the waiver darling. I’m all about the preemptive stashes.
I think Dobbins will get worked in more and more as time goes on, pushing Hill back to the bench.Justice Hill might be worth a cheap stash
He actually ran with some zip against the Pats...in deep leagues he could be a stash.
Wow, you're in a league where Doubs is available???.....................I am surprised guys like Herbert, J Williams, Mattison would be on anyone's WW unless you are in a small redraft league.
The only RB's that are available out there for me are the likes of Craig Reynolds, Perine, Burkhead, E Benjamin, Justice Hill.
I'm targeting Njoku and Doubs this week.

I'm wondering if Herbert is more likely to take the RB1 spot from Monty after that performance? Williams won't take RB1 from Swift. And the Bears passing game stinks so they need to run.I have a similar situation and am leaning Williams since it sounds like Swift is more likely to miss a week or two.Didn't handcuff Dalvin Cook in Redraft.
Jamaal Williams or Khalil Herbert?
Story of my indecisive fake football life.I'm mad at myself. I looked at Doubs on the FA list on Friday. Didn't add him.Romeo. He looks like a young Adams.
Now I'mma take a shot at him with my #2 priority. And I may not get him.

Ive been surprised GB didn't sniff around after their interest in him. With Watkins already hurt and Watson nursing injuries....seems logical. But they seem ready to just go forward with what they have.At what point does Will Fuller start to get on the fantasy radar? He’s gonna get picked up at some point and will be the waiver darling. I’m all about the preemptive stashes.
Dak should have been picked up right when he was dropped, unless a team waited 2 weeks to drop him he shouldn’t be on the wire.Dak in case he was dropped
This is my wire too, expect I already own Hill.Our league's super exciting Waiver Wire, Week 4 edition;
It's such an embarrassment of riches I think I may just have to pass, lest I spend all of my remaining FAAB money.
- WR Mack Hollins LV
Hollins showed his Week 2 wasn't a fluke with a massive Week 3 that was good for the second best week by any wide receiver on Sunday. He is always on the field and defenses are going to use their best resources on Davante Adams and Darren Waller. Hunter Renfrow will be back to split the target tree further, but it's hard to argue with Hollins production to date.
- RB Justice Hill BAL
Hill was explosive on limited touches and appears to be in a committee with J.K. Dobbins, who he outplayed in Dobbins first game back. Dobbins could knock off some of the rust, but he could also remain less effective than Hill and the same goes for Gus Edwards, who could return in Week 5. Hill is a speculative add/hold, but the Ravens offense is going to get more run lanes if Lamar Jackson keeps playing at an all-world level.
- WR Josh Reynolds DET
Reynolds and D.J. Chark are both on the field for the majority of the offensive snaps, but it is Reynolds that is making more of his opportunities, perhaps because he has a lot more experience with Jared Goff. The Seahawks are up this week and Reynolds deserves consideration as your WR3/Flex.
- WR Richie James NYG
James hasn't been overly impressive with his opportunity, but he is getting a steady dose of targets and has at least desperation play value. Kadarius Toney could cap James production when he is healthy, but with Toney, getting back to full strength for any duration isn't a given. James is suitable bye/injury/emergency PPR depth with room to grow on volume alone now that Sterling Shepard is out for the year.
- RB Craig Reynolds DET
The Lions might be without D'Andre Swift for a game or more, so Reynolds moves up to the #2 back behind Jamaal Williams. He's just a what the heck flex against the Seahawks, but if Williams gets hurt, Reynolds will have significant value. This offense is helping the value of all of the players attached to it.
- WR Quez Watkins PHI
With Jalen Hurts clearly making strides as a passer and the Eagles offense really confounding opponents, remember that Watkins is the team's deep threat and worth a desperation play in any given week. If A.J. Brown or DeVonta Smith go down, Watkins will be fantasy relevant, so he's worth a bench spot in deep leagues as an injury upside hold.
- RB Trestan Ebner CHI
While David Montgomery is out, Ebner should be the backup to Khalil Herbert in a run first offense. Ebner is also an excellent receiver out of the backfield.
- TE Will Dissly SEA
Dissly led the Seahawks tight ends in snaps and caught a score for the second time in three weeks. If you need a tight end off of the waiver wire this week, consider Dissly against the Lions.
This is my speculation as well. More upside if this does happen. Plus, there's no loyalty with the new regime. Monty's ypc is middle of the road or less I do believe. Now Jamaal is getting opportunities and will likely do well through the Lions bye. With Swift back he still holds value. Khali is available in one league so I am going after him for upside.I'm wondering if Herbert is more likely to take the RB1 spot from Monty after that performance? Williams won't take RB1 from Swift. And the Bears passing game stinks so they need to run.I have a similar situation and am leaning Williams since it sounds like Swift is more likely to miss a week or two.Didn't handcuff Dalvin Cook in Redraft.

Doubs over Olave? Are you kidding me? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills here!Doubs has the easier path to targets.Any opinion on Olave vs Doubs? I'm leaning Doubs. Standard public Yahoo money league.
This is why having a waiver period is a good thing. If you had asked me on Sunday I would have dropped half my team to get Herbert back. But looking at the situation today, while I would certainly love to have him on my roster ahead of Engram, I'm not sure I'd prioritize him. We don't know if Montgomery will miss any games, and while Herbert is talented, we saw last year that wasn't necessarily enough to get him many touches once Monty returned from injury. And of course there's the fact that he plays on a terrible offense, which could mean they rely on the run or could mean they end up in a lot of 48-3 blowouts.Herbert is available in my league … because I dropped him
Had Kittle coming back but I wasn’t sure he’d be OK, so I kept Engram as in insurance policy and dropped Herbert instead. How was I supposed to know Montgomery would get hurt and Khalil would go nuclear?
Not even sure I can get him back now. I think Yahoo’s rule is that if it’s your own guy he has to clear waivers before you can pick him up. In any event, I’m pretty far down on the priority list after getting GWilson last week
Hey @Joe Bryant I think the new board software has gone wonky. Now it's recommending waiver adds from 2020.
I don’t think either side is crazy really? For one thing we’re talking re-draft and opportunities is just as big a part of the equation as talent. I see Doubs with a better QB and a more clear path to WR1. Don’t think it’s crazy to favor Olave. I like him a lot as well.Doubs over Olave? Are you kidding me? Seriously, Olave is a first-round talent who has been steadily producing all season. If he's on your WW run, don't walk, to add him
I think he was making a joke based on the names on the list being “big” names then - 2020- as well. Sometimes jokes fall flat in writing.Hey @Joe Bryant I think the new board software has gone wonky. Now it's recommending waiver adds from 2020.

I have Williams ahead of him too. I drafted Williams because swift misses time every year *and* Williams has borderline flex value even when Swift is healthy.Jamaal Williams and Herbert are both available and I have #1 priority. I am leaning Herbert, but most rankings have Williams ahead of him that I've seen. Thoughts?
Conklin so much easier to pronounce, so I'd go that route.10 team PPR
need TE
Njoku vs Atl
or
Conklin vs PITT?
If he has a chance to grab Herbert and still has Higbee it might be the right play. It would be better to drop another player. I don’t think ARSB iSt Brown and Swift both might miss some time. This is NOT the week to drop HockGot hockenson and higbee. Thinking about dropping hock for herbert and just rolling with higbee. Like his usage. Am I crazy? I am hurting at rb....
It may be close. I think I favor Olave because we know he‘s great and expect him to continue to evolve as a fantasy asset. The Saints used a lot of assets to get him. James loves to target him. We like the possibility that Doubs may in fact be the new number one in GB. It just seems more speculative right now compared to Olives situation. I think eventually it will be a combination of Lazard, Watson and Doubs. Doubs feels like his ceiling is WR three. Olave‘s ceiling feels more like WR 2 to me.I don’t think either side is crazy really? For one thing we’re talking re-draft and opportunities is just as big a part of the equation as talent. I picked him up last week as a desperate Wilson owner. Started him last week and he actually outscored Wilson. Starting him again this week. Won‘t win you games but decent floor due to his rushing. Still makes the occasional turnover. London looks the real deal and hopefully they continue to involve Pitts more. For the QB desperate, anyone targeting M. Mariota?
At home against a mediocre CLE D minus M. Garrett.
Makes me throw up in my mouth but may need to go there.

I liked the joke but don't actually tag Joe, cmon now
My QB situation has been a total mess across all my leagues. Last week I started Wentz over Herbert (ugh!), Goff over Wilson (marginal improvement) and kept Brady in instead of Mariota (cost me my matchup). This week I'm back to Herbert, keeping Goff in, and deciding on Brady vs. Mariota. I'll probably stick with Brady. But I don't think he's a bad pickup if you're desperate.I picked him up last week as a desperate Wilson owner. Started him last week and he actually outscored Wilson. Starting him again this week. Olave the better player though. Plus with the way NO has been, they're going to have a lot of negative game scripts.Doubs has the easier path to targets.Any opinion on Olave vs Doubs? I'm leaning Doubs. Standard public Yahoo money league.
I think they like what they see in Doubs. Lazard will play better as he gets more healthy. Watson will come along as the season progresses. James is chucking the ball. He is leading the league by a mile with his 12 yards per attempt. That can translate to some big games for the WR's.And a lot of air yards.Olave the better player though.
