I noted Shedeur played terrible then Compared Gabriel's play VS. the same opponent in the same game and NOTING the circumstances was my reply for direct comparison.
The circumstances impacted BOTH QBs but Dillion has not shown the ability to direct drives with the game on the line.
Dillion doesn't turn the ball over, he takes the safe easy throw shy of sticks rather than try to make a play, he's the safe choice for coaches who are conservative.
Shedeur has huge flaws in his game. He and I ADMITTED THAT HE PLAYED TERRIBLY. Long before the draft I went over the flaws of taking sacks, going backwards, a 'hitch' in his throw that was on display on the easy TD that he overthrew to Boyd because he mistimed the launch point on the run. I don't know how many flaws or pounds of flesh those who want to bury Shedeur want.
I won't even bother to note the things in his game that I like, I noted that with all of his flaws on display facing the same defense that Dillion Gabriel did, Shedeur drove the offense down the field with the game on the line.
