**SNF Vikings at Lions** (-3, 56) 8:20 (2 Viewers)

50 net for Mr Jack Fox (1st in overall & net avg)

think he needs at least 3 punts at 53 net avg to set an NFL net punting average record

(unlikely and obscure)

Sam Darnold is the truth.

I don’t care what he does from here - he’s playing a very high level of football. Makes his reads, can throw to every level with touch & accuracy, looks off the receiver - just really sound quarterback play.

Jets & Browns are cursed franchises. This kid can play.

What teams beat the Lions and Vikings this year?
Bucs and Bills for the Lions

Rams and Lions for the Vikings
@Grahamburn i hadn’t thought of it till now. But quite interesting that the two wild card teams in the nfc toppled two of the leaders fighting for the 1 seed.
One of the main reasons the Bucs have been able to beat big physical teams like the Lions/Eagles is they're one of the few defenses that still emphasize stopping the run. Philly and Detroit just bludgeon teams with their running games and then play-action you to death. You can't do that to Vita Vea and Bowles' because he specifically commits extra players to it. That's why teams who dink/dunk over the middle of the field torch them sometimes.

It works against teams that are stubborn with their run game.

The Eagles weren't healthy on offense when they played the Bucs. This season they were without Lane Johnson, AJ Brown and Devonta Smith. Barkley still ran for 84 yards on 10 carries. That game in week 4 had more to do with the Eagles not being healthy than anything the Bucs defense did on defense.
What about the other games Bowles made Hurts’ his little baby?

No AJ Brown in the playoff game last year, but that version of the Eagles were crumbling because the defense was in shambles. But when the Eagles were full strength in the regular season in 2023, Eagles dominated the Bucs and beat them by 2 scores.
Hope there aren’t any more excuses in a couple weeks.

You're forgetting the other playoff games where it was Arians who blew the doors off of Jalen Hurts.

But Tampa needs to get healthy or they going home.

Doubly worse for the Browns because they also had Baker Mayfield.

btw, if anyone wants a cheap ($20) postseason contest a RL friend of mine runs a fun one. On MFL, payouts through leaguesafe.

There’s room for ~30 more I think?

I’ve been in it 2 years now.

Montgomery is a tough, tough man who I was tempted to use my first to try and acquire. He's become easily worth that.
I would not sell him for a 1st.

I was super lucky - I bought in SF with Carr + extras going into year 2 when many were skeptical that his breakout was real.

But yeah, no way I sell him for a 1st now. Not a chance. If I were rebuilding I’d want 2, and one of them better be early.

Oh snap - after my trade today Darnold + Mayfield are my 2 starters in a SF league.
