I'm still in it; just too lazy to look at page two or later on FBG, and this thread doesn't make it to page one much after the upgrade limited the number of topics per page.

Nothing going on here; a week to go.  I can't sleep and I'm deathly ill.  Fun.

 
Ended up going out to dinner with Mrs Limp last night, but didn't drink. We ate at the bar, so chalk up another 90 minutes of being bellied up to the bar and drinking water while I watched others enjoy sweet, glorious alcohol. 

Have I mentioned how sick I am of water?

 
alas, i didn't make it this year.  my universe is bit upside down atm and i wasn't sleeping as it was.  and the superbowl kind of threw me off. :shrug:   

great job to those that have made it his far.

 
Started Invisalign on Monday.  I barely even have motivation to eat anything (let alone drink).  This will really help me cut back on booze and everything else.  

 
I'll probably make it to Sunday. Oddly enough, i'm not looking forward to it ending as much as I was last year. Last year the light at the end of the tunnel was a guys weekend of debauchery with friends and family. Getting back to boozing was going to be something fun to do. This year, we have a Sunday fun day planned with friends for someone's birthday. Getting back this year almost feels like a civic duty, an obligation

 
Pizza and beer for me Saturday night. But it's right back on the wagon again until 4/1. I'm actually enjoying this.

I broke tonight.  Out of all of things I've posted here, I don't do that lightly.  It has been an endless tidal wave of things to piss me off.

Plus, sadly, I'm a better husband and father buzzed. I take #### WAY too seriously.  Don't like 4th place. Second and third generally pays fine, I'm good with that.  Fourth place, no ####### way man.

Sorry man.  Me too.  Kind of snapped on my wife tonight and told her she was selfish.  Its' true but unfortunately in was in front of my daughter. I regret that part.  

Drinking my usual bourbon and diet coke.  

Not feeling too great about the whole situation.

Thanks man. Been there and it sucks. Things were so much better when I was an ####### to my wife. Then I got all domesticated up. :lmao:

 
:lmao:   We're all out tonight.  I went off the wagon, too.  Played hooky and took my mom and stepfather on a phenomenal hike and then to happy hour at a ridiculously beautiful resort, where there was no way I was going to say no to the wine while sitting by the firepit watching sunset over the Olympic mountains.  Great day.

this #### called life is a true SOB.   it toys with us, lifts us up, tosses us aside, raises us to the heavens, drops us into the depths, and yet...we all carry on.  My wife loves me. My daughter loves me. I love them.  That's all that really matters.  Booze or no booze ;) .

Did not drink for 30 days after New Years..been working out everyday.  Had a long day and went to the gym and after lifting did almost an hour of cardio just because I felt like it.  A couple of the guys were going out after and said to stop and have one.  Drove by the bar and saw them sitting there...a mile later I turned around drove back and pulled in.  Odered one 22oz Mille Lite in a frosted glass and it was like the best thing I ever tasted...Miller Lite mind you!!  Finished it in about 4 minutes, shot the chit for a couple of more and left.   Dam it tasted good!

Always wondered why I can easily drink 8-10 beers in an evening but would struggle drinking 3-4 bottles of water in the same time frame.

 
In this year, sorta - none during the week, less than a 6 pack in any weekend.  But I still have 2 cases, 2 mini kegs and a large bottle of vodka in the house. :banned:

 
Currently enjoying an Avery Tweak as my last beer before March.

Might as well go out with a bang since it's 16%abv

 
In sort of...After the Super Bowl until St Patrick's Day. Usually do it for Lent, but with Easter being so late this year, need to make sure I can drink for March Madness and Opening Day.
