I have only seen it on a tweet. No mention of it on morning news either. You got a link?No it was real. Why would you think it was fake?
Aren't you a Trumpkin? Source shouldn't matter. Just believe if you want, or not believe it if you want. That's how Trumpkins work.I have only seen it on a tweet. No mention of it on morning news either. You got a link?
Oh. Ok. Thanks.Aren't you a Trumpkin? Source shouldn't matter. Just believe if you want, or not believe it if you want. That's how Trumpkins work.
Well that's a plus, because he barely could. Guy is like an invalid with that TelePrompter. It's awful. Don't they have a class for making that look and sound at least a little more natural?I was only able to read the transcript of Trump's speech
To google? Sure.I have only seen it on a tweet. No mention of it on morning news either. You got a link?
I think Melanie and Ivanka are both beautiful and every elegant.Me too, I don't understand all the lust for Melania. Ivanka, sure no doubt. But I'd take Tiffany over Melania.
It was real, I saw some extreme spin on it though. "Trump makes it more expensive for poor people to get housing." That is probably true but Congress is also trying to make sure the department doesn't need another bailout like it did in 2013. I don't know enough to really debate the issue further than that, but it wasn't just an issue of attacking the poor.So was the FHA executive order fake news?
It was also something that was decided early in the week well before Trump took office but makes for good hate news. For anyone in real estate this wasn't news when he signed it.It was real, I saw some extreme spin on it though. "Trump makes it more expensive for poor people to get housing." But it was for homebuyers. It was also something that was decided early in the week well before Trump took office but makes for good hate news. For anyone in real estate this wasn't news when he signed it.
Good lord do you have to hear it from Dear Leader himself? So was the FHA executive order fake news?
Hard to tell unless Trump tweets to let you know, eh?No it was real. Why would you think it was fake?
Sure, would have made it easier for people to buy homes similar to the 2006 boom time. That boom led to 2008 crash. We are in the business and would have benefited but objectively can see why it's smart not to repeat the same mistakes. May still happen at some point, feedback I got was both parties kept it from happening. But it was for homebuyers.
I can't stand this kind of thing. No matter what your politics are, there are always very legitimate arguments. When people look for a negative angle on everything, it's just so pathetic and weakens the legitimate arguments through dilution and division. It was also something that was decided early in the week well before Trump took office but makes for good hate news. For anyone in real estate this wasn't news when he signed it.
So let me see if I have this right - it's Trump administration policy to ensure we do not have a housing boom?Sure, would have made it easier for people to buy homes similar to the 2006 boom time. Assuming he doesn't destroy the country, at the very lest it's going to be an entertaining 4 years.Well that's a plus, because he barely could. Guy is like an invalid with that TelePrompter. It's awful. Don't they have a class for making that look and sound at least a little more natural?
He's already making Obama look like a wizard, and we're just scratching the surface here with "reading" and "talking."
Your agenda is so old. Read what I wrote, we are partners in a mortgage company and the President said both parties killed it. We got that email start of the week....old news.So let me see if I have this right - it's Trump administration policy to ensure we do not have a housing boom?
Yeah, a weird line of thinking. It was not the boom that caused the crash. It was the feul behind the boom was made up largely of fraudulent loans. So let me see if I have this right - it's Trump administration policy to ensure we do not have a housing boom?
I think Congress wants to make sure the FHA has enough money in reserves and doesn't need another bailout. If FHA failed, it would be devastating for people with low incomes that own homes or are looking to own a home.So let me see if I have this right - it's Trump administration policy to ensure we do not have a housing boom?
#### is wrong with you?Fathers over 40 tend to produce more autistic children according to studies. The sperm begins to degrade and it leads to more birth defects and other issues.
Yes I do. Exit polling and interviews with Trump voters seem to back that up.I was asking about the general. Do you think Sanders would have won the election v Trump?
Yeah polling hasn't worked out too well for you guys....that said please stroll Bernie back out there in 2020.Yes I do. Exit polling and interviews with Trump voters seem to back that up.
Booms are good, bubbles aren't.So let me see if I have this right - it's Trump administration policy to ensure we do not have a housing boom?
Medical facts got you upset? I was simply commenting on the possibility and pointing out that older father's tend to have more children with issues. For instance DeNiro had a child very late in life that is autistic. He seems to want to blame vaccines as well. But the likelyhood is it's on him.#### is wrong with you?
Change was long overdue, excited for a chance of less political gridlock getting nothing accomplished, less liberal elitist attitude, and focusing on getting our country right first. We gave it 8 years, time for a new approach. I'm with you let's hope for the best.Just watched it again, and that speech was awesome. No phony political crap, just straight shooting, hard truths and the same theme that got him elected. Really a home run. Amazing day yesterday. Finally some pride has been restored.
First off polling was fine. Clinton won by nearly 3 million votes. The distribution of those votes was the problem. And you are going to get plenty of Bernie over the next 4 years don't worry.Yeah polling hasn't worked out too well for you guys....that said please stroll Bernie back out there in 2020.
How accurate were the polls in Michigan, PA and Wisconsin?First off polling was fine. Clinton won by nearly 3 million votes. The distribution of those votes was the problem. And you are going to get plenty of Bernie over the next 4 years don't worry.
Not my take at all. I thought it was HORRIBLE. I really did think that all the divisiveness and attacks leading up to the campaign was targeted for the disenfranchised, but that once in, he would ease up and unite --NOPE -- we're as divided as ever and its all his making now.Just watched it again, and that speech was awesome. Nice try, that's on Obama and all your clowns blocking entrances chained to fences and destroying property yesterday. Now you get to deal with the people you pissed on for 8 years having a voice. Enjoy. Not my take at all. I thought it was HORRIBLE. I really did think that all the divisiveness and attacks leading up to the campaign was targeted for the disenfranchised, but that once in, he would ease up and unite --NOPE -- we're as divided as ever and its all his making now.
What did he say that was divisive in the speech? He took shots at Washington and terrorism but his main point was giving power back to the people of this country. Not my take at all. I don't agree with that last part. We are as divided as ever, and that happened long before Trump decided to run for president. It's true that he has not helped out one bit in that regard, but to put the division all on him now seems a bit over the top. Race relations crumbled badly over Obama's last term. Not my take at all. Well let's take Michigan. Polls had Clinton up about 3 percent on average which was pretty close to the margin of error possible. Trump won by a few tenths of one percent. I'd call that pretty close. I'd have to look up the othersHow accurate were the polls in Michigan, PA and Wisconsin?
The RCP average in Michigan and Wisconsin was 6+ for Hillary and PA was over 3+.Well let's take Michigan. Real cuts sure...cuts that amount to nothing and just removing the endowment for the arts and stuff? Political posturing.Didn't vote for him, but if he actually pulls this off, I will definitely give him some credit.

It's the assumption that if Trump likes white people that he cannot like black people at the same time.
Exactly. I need some specific lines that were divisive. If you're an American, you were included in that speech. What did he say that was divisive in the speech? He took shots at Washington and terrorism but his main point was giving power back to the people of this country.
Not putting that on Obama. Nope.I don't agree with that last part. We are as divided as ever, and that happened long before Trump decided to run for president. It's true that he has not helped out one bit in that regard, but to put the division all on him now seems a bit over the top. Race relations crumbled badly over Obama's last term.
I wouldn't hold your breath. Anyone who said this was a divisive speech was either a bureaucrat or someone who didn't hear it.Exactly. I need some specific lines that were divisive. If you're an American, you were included in that speech.
It's not all on Obama, but as President he had the opportunity to lead on the issue. Instead, he chose to lean back and put his feet up on the Oval Office desk for the past 3 years or so.Not putting that on Obama. Nope.
Who are you putting it on, then? Not putting that on Obama. Nope.
And anyone who thought it was a great speech would have said that no matter what the guy said.I wouldn't hold your breath. Anyone said this was a divisive speech was either a bureaucrat or someone who didn't hear it.
stick to the facts especially about a kid. even one whose parents you don't like.Medical facts got you upset? I was simply commenting on the possibility
Uhhh, ya. We are. He didn't create it but he sure as heck made it much much worse. Not putting that on Obama. Nope.
He wasn't ripping the kid. It was being discussed as the possibility that he is autistic (and seems most were basically commending Melania for staying in NY to take care of him).stick to the facts especially about a kid. even one whose parents you don't like.
