When I am evaluating my talent evaluation process I don't care about what other people do because that isn't relevant to my process.in order for that to be valid, you have to compile all trades to determine that one has a special ability in identifying unique FF talent. But looking at it today
for every Lamb someone trades up to get, someone also trades up to get a Jalen Raegor or Jerry Jeudy.
In this case @Hot Sauce Guy had a plan and went after the guy he thought was a huge value at that draft stage. He paid what it took to get the guy he believed in. Then he compared it to the actual picks selected from the picks he gave away. It proved to not be an overpay in hindsight just giving him a data point for his talent evaluations. What other people trade for is irrelevant to that evaluation.
