Mike Evans
Yep. Mike Evans week 17, 38 point game last year prevented my b2b championship. I close my eyes and I still see that box score.Mike Evans
I don't think I've ducked a Mike Evans game in my main dynasty league without him throwing up about twenty-five points.
It's been four years. I've won a championship and I still haven't beaten the guy trotting out Mike Evans and company.
DK, on the other hand, I roster, so of course it's not twenty-five points a game. I'd be utterly giddy if that was the case.

Seahawks receiver DK Metcalf's 'dominant' night not enough in loss to Cowboys
Sometimes it’s better to be lucky than good. I put DK into my lineup in case Olave can’t go this week.Glad I left him in!
Go outside.I've had to look at him in my opponents lineup for days.
Welp lets see what the guy I started over DK does today lol...........
Its kind of amazing to me how little the new coaching staff is being talked about. Seattle is going to be a much more pass heavy (specifically deep if the OL allows it) offense. I think Metcalf is set up very well, and JSN is probably being undervalued slightly as well.
does that mean geno smith is under-valued?Its kind of amazing to me how little the new coaching staff is being talked about. Yeah, probably. I mean, I don't know that he's a fantasy starter in 12-team leagues, but I think he's right there with someone like Herbert, and ahead of guys like Mayfield or Watson in my eyes. I'm not bold enough to put him ahead of Rodgers, but its very much a realistic possibility. I'm not worried about Howell taking the job, unless an injury occurs.does that mean geno smith is under-valued?Its kind of amazing to me how little the new coaching staff is being talked about. Totally agree. DK is maybe my top value for all formats right now.Its kind of amazing to me how little the new coaching staff is being talked about. I'm finding myself ending up with a lot of DK shares too. Probably my 2nd or 3rd most drafted WR after Deebo and Pickens.Totally agree. He would have had a career year last year if Geno didn’t throw 100 balls at his feet.Reports he was killing it in joint practice today with Titans. I just have that feeling. That tingly feeling Metcalf is about to have career year. I don't have any links or sources.
He's a great 3rd round pick as a WR2 or WR3 for a redraft team.I’m hoping he’s there for me at 3.11.

“DK Metcalf starred Wednesday. Metcalf drifted away from coverage in the back of the end zone during a red-zone scrimmage. Then he leaned away from two defenders, stretched his 6-foot-4, 235-pound frame and long arms and snagged Smith’s pass while keeping both feet inbounds for a touchdown. On the next play, Metcalf got behind 6-foot, Pro Bowl cornerback Devon Witherspoon in the back right of the end zone. Smith’s throw was perfect, high and away from Witherspoon to where only Metcalf could reach it. He leaped and did, for another TD.”
Gonna be a beast this year.@32BeatWriters“DK Metcalf starred Wednesday. Metcalf drifted away from coverage in the back of the end zone during a red-zone scrimmage. He is one of my guys this year. New offense is going to open so much up for him. The pace increase alone should be big.Gonna be a beast this year.@32BeatWriters“DK Metcalf starred Wednesday. So far through 3 drafts & 3 dynasty leagues I’ve managed to accumulate 0 shares.
Still 3 drafts to go.![]()
Yeah - I’ve wanted him everywhere. Just haven’t been in a position to grab him. SighHe is one of my guys this year. New offense is going to open so much up for him. The pace increase alone should be big.
In a slow paced, run oriented Pete Carrol offense but what about a more fast paced, pass friendly offense?Value is always pretty good here. Not a age dropoff yet. But he's a low #1, high #2 and very boom/bust.
I expect him to go nuclear this year. I tried hard to add him in dynasty. No takers.Value is always pretty good here. Not an age dropoff yet. But he's a low #1, high #2 and very boom/bust.
Yeah, no guarantees ofc but the ceiling has been raised.I expect him to go nuclear this year. I tried hard to add him in dynasty. No takers.Value is always pretty good here. Not an age dropoff yet. But he's a low #1, higYehh #2 and very boom/bust.
Fast paced offense, 3-WR sets as the norm - might be 100+ receptions/1500 yards.
Geno will have to cooperate, but… it’s a potential ceiling.
Yeah, I don't see their defense as improved to the point they won't be in shootouts. The only downside is 49ers 2X, Rams 2X. That said, 49ers weakness is their secondary, and AZ should be a tasty 2 games as well, so it should balance out. I still expect DK to get his. He's a matchup nightmare who can fly. Dude's like a linebacker sprinter who can catch. Honestly surprised he hasn't had a truly dominant season yet, but I think it's comingYeah, no guarantees ofc but the ceiling has been raised.
I find him slipping a lot in mocks. Don't get it.I expect him to go nuclear this year. I tried hard to add him in dynasty. No takers.Value is always pretty good here. Not an age dropoff yet. But he's a low #1, high #2 and very boom/bust.

On DK Metcalf: “he had a career-low reception rate of 55.5 percent, which ranked 69th out of 77 qualified receivers, according to TruMedia. Metcalf is targeted on many downfield routes, and he’s often being covered by the opponent’s best cornerback, so he’ll probably never rank among the league leaders in catch rate. But in the past, he’s been closer to the league average, which was 64.5 percent last year. Getting closer to that number will make the offense more effective this season.
…there are a lot of mouths to feed on Seattle’s offense, so Metcalf may not see a significant uptick in targets, which is why the name of the game should be making the most of his opportunities.”
