Massive value in redraft, IMHO.
Rice is a knucklehead. Toney could be a bigger one, if that's possible (talk about a waste of talent). Rookie WR don't usually make much impact w/ Reid. Everyone else is a journeyman.
He's not Tyreek (who is?), but there's a real shot at Brown, if he keeps himself in shape and doesn't get too banged up, being a very valuable buy at ADP, IMHO.
I was thinking this, so I went out and watched a few videos of Hollywood.
I vividly recall having 1st priority on the WW the year he broke out, and spent it on Brown instead of Scary Terry. I got to the lowlight video of that game with the Ravens where Brown dropped 3 TD passes in 1 game. 1 was borderline in tight coverage. The other 2 were pretty wide open.
I'm hesitant to invest heavily in any Chiefs receiver other than Kelce in redraft. That said, I do agree - if he's there late and I can get him as my WR4-5, I will happily take a flier. I suspect once we know about Rice's suspension, Brown's value might jump a couple of rounds, so you'll likely have to have him as a WR3.
In dynasty I've explored dealing for Brown & Rice, and both sets of owners are hugely convinced that they have Mahomes WR1. Maybe y'all will have better luck, but they're certainly not buy low targets in dynasty leagues in my experience.
