I guess with the Heat winning, they give their first rounder to Toronto.Yes, Memphis will keep their pick if they lose because that will put them into the lottery and the pick is lottery protected. Washington will then get two 2nds instead of pick 18-20 this year. This could have some interesting draft consequences.AD apparently a game time decision even though Kidd apparently has no idea what the setback was, if any
With Heat looking fairly likely to beat Atlanta, a Mavs win would give the Kings a coin flip to keep their pick. I also believe Memphis would keep their own pick if they lose (too lazy to verify, so just trust me).
Yeah, for a good portion of the season, I think they were 3 seed in the west.Gotta be honest, didn’t realize the Grizzle won 48 games this year. Kinda crazy they have to go through this thing.
Thunder, not Toronto. A huge win for Miami to keep their 2026 1st. I don't think they will be very good next year. Good for the league too, sans OKC.Thunder, not Toronto. Glad they won pretty easily. While the end of their season was inexplicably mayhem, they played too well overall this year to miss the playoff.Gotta be honest, didn’t realize the Grizzle won 48 games this year. Kinda crazy they have to go through this thing.
4 good matchups today. Should be fun.Happy Playoff Day!!!!!!

The West shook out probably as it should with teams in the 3-8 spots being pretty interchangeable.
Why on earth is Memphis wearing "Vancouver Grizzlies" at a home playoff(ish) game?
"I know this may be our only chance to host a postseason game, but we should reference everyone back to our previous city." Why?
Ryen Rusillo did on his podcast but that's the only person I've heard. Everyone says "it's going to be a great series. Lakers in 7"@FrostillicusMy playoff predictions in case you’re looking for something to fade.

Have you seen anybody actually pick the Wolves yet? I love this.
That arena looks awesome. Love the floor and all of the yellow shirts in the crowd. Indiana loves their basketball. The Pacers are so much fun to watch.

Not at full strength though. Jaylen Wells started 74 games for them, and he is out. And Brandon Clarke is also outGlad they won pretty easily. I'm glad Memphis won. They should give OKC a fight especially if Morant gets healthy. They're a well balanced team at full strength.
Why he has stuck with this super slow, use the full 10 second process is beyond me. It just adds something more to worry about.Hack-an-Ant working thus far
I recently saw a documentary about one of the all-time biggest upsets in college basketball history, a tiny school in Hawaii, Chaminade, upsetting #1 UVA.Carlisle looks like something between Lex Luthor and Jim Carrey

I knew that Ralph Sampson was on that team, but Rick Carlisle was the starting SG.
Yeah, it's rough.I really thought the Nuggets were sandbagging their defense a bit all season - maybe not.
Well, from like worst in the league to middle of the pack. So definitely much better, but still not what I would call good. Just not cover your eyes awfulIndy has a much better defense this year
ESPN’s WNBA crew is 100x better than their NBA team.My goodness is the ESPN studio crew terrible. We need Chuck, Ernie, Shaq and Kenny.
I know it's not exactly fair to compare them as the TNT crew is iconic, but I don't like a single member of the ESPN crew.
He almost snapped that white boy’s ankles. They defended those last 2 Harden shots pretty well, he just made incredible shots.
