Music Draft - Rolling Stone Greatest 500 Songs Garbage List - Now with unhealthy regional pork-stuffs! (3 Viewers)

Probably bidding against myself here since Pip and Weasel both picked already from this group, but I could potentially see Manfred Manster or Mrs. R having this on their radar, and this is a super weak 25 for me now.

#435 - Limelight - Rush

Probably 20 Rush songs I’d pick ahead of this, but definitely 20 songs in this group of 25 I’d take behind this.

#400 Station to Station  David Bowie.

Taking a page out Yo Mama's and Ramsays books .....this group is weak and im not really wanting to get stuck with Cardio B. I'm not the biggest Bowie fan on earth, but he has grown on me over the years.  This isn't my fave Bowie song, but I like it quite a bit.

Ha!  Yea I was hoping someone else would take this.  This is prolly my least favorite Metallica song, but I get it.....it's the most recognizable Metallica song as well.......although strangely, the other most recognizable Metallica song, One didn't make the list, and its an infinitely better song
I'm stunned Metallica and Boston fans can't get into Elvis Costello

Funny, but we just were talking in the other draft about songs with whistling in them.

Peter and Bjorn and John, anybody?

Young Folks

Before Manster makes fun of Peter Bjorn and John, Scorpions?

Wind of Change

Name a thing, and I can produce you a hair metal ballad with it taking center stage at one point.

Peter, Bjorn, and John.....is that three dudes that live in their respective parents basements making emo music?

dammit man, there's less than a handful of us in here ...you had to go 3rd rd???

fwiw, I'm not a Boston fan......I kinda lump them in with Journey/Foreigner.....all a buncha meh for me..... I do like Styx though so go figure
I'm with you on the Boston/Journey/Foreigner anti-bandwagon. Styx is the Beatles by comparison

I think I had hand clapping category in that draft.  It's a lot more difficult than it sounds on the surface.  This is the song I really remember being pleased that I pulled out of my ### for that draft.
