But it was so much better than the n word that so many used, esp. in the south, I guess+1 on grandparents who used the term "colored" (southern Indiana/northern Kentucky). My mom's dad did live long enough (almost 99!) to gradually move over to "Black," but the rest of them used the word until the day they died.

Another word for cats to bring things full circle?I'm trying to figure out the last word. Rhymes with?
yeah. it's a weird thing people do to try to be funny, I guess. I hate cats! hahahahahaha. like I said- either phobic, or an #######.Not animals, just cats.
I thought it could be, but he just used it again with an "an" in front of it. Hmmm.Another word for cats to bring things full circle?
i like for the simple way tim owned it. #alsofromracistsI liked it, but it was for the historical content
I think what stigmatized the word, which really does not seem inherently bad or derrogatory, was the widespread Jim Crow uses in puclic areas, "Colored Only."Yes, could have been worse. I don't think any of them did it with malice; it was just the word they'd grown up with and everyone else in the area used. At some point they should have known better, of course.
now those cats, I hate.My older cat has started taking dumps wherever she feels like it. And not as protest, we keep up with her litter box. But now the first thing I have to do in the morning is look for landmines. This is a nice compliment to the younger cat, who just barfs up hairballs everywhere.

My first/only cat growing up was a major psychopath. That combined with some severe allergies to cats never gave me a chance.yeah. it's a weird thing people do to try to be funny, I guess. I hate cats! hahahahahaha. like I said- either phobic, or an #######.
My one-eyed broken-tailed rescue cat will not use a litter box. We're in a neighborhood of 2.5 acre parcels adjacent to millions of acres of Mojave Desert BLM. Nothing fancy, 90% un-landscaped desert. This cat crosses the property, goes to the neighbors and poops in a sand hill in sight of the neighbor's dog run. Literally, I think to agitate the dogs. Far as I know the neighbor has no idea.My older cat has started taking dumps wherever she feels like it. And not as protest, we keep up with her litter box. I had a girlfriend with a couple cats. Both were really sweet and affectionate (the cats and the girlfriend). When I’d stay over there (look at me), I’d inevitably wake up with one of the cats sleeping across my neck and I could barely open my eyes or breathe. The things we do for love.
marking their territory with attempted murder.I hate cats<------ that is not the emoji I used, and it wasn't the middle finger one either. It was the OK sign. It is filtered now.

I've never thought about why I like this song so much but those quotes above nail it. It's relatively minimal in terms of production, huge drum beat aided by lots of synths and horns. Maybe it's the hip-hop version of a Spoon song. This section of the draft is getting thin for me, so I better jump on it now.
13.18 - In Da Club - 50 Cent (#444)
I'm going to need some clarification... had a friend involved with this hip-hop outfit out of Marin City- 5150... "fitty-one-fitty". "Fiddy"?Fiddy isn't much of a rapper but this song is still a floor filler

my cat's more like an occasional visitor than a pet. born feral. prefers the desert. comes home to eat. doesn't play nice with strangers. i'll try to get a pic of his face if he doesn't scratch mine while trying.I like cats too, but I hate litter boxes so much, I'm fine with the excuse that I am allergic to cats.
