Got him as RB# 42 last night, pick # 144He's a tough one for redraft for sure. We currently have him RB37 and I could see him being way better or worse.

And to enter that locker room he has to have a contract.
Isn’t it already unprecedented basically? And to enter that locker room he has to have a contract.
It would be unprecedented if he didn't have a contract soon.
That feels like good value.Got him as RB# 42 last night, pick # 144He's a tough one for redraft for sure. We currently have him RB37 and I could see him being way better or worse.
BREAKING: The #Browns and RB Quinshon Judkins have agreed to terms on a 4 year, fully guaranteed contract that will be agreed upon once the NFL finishes their full investigation, per sources.
Multiple league sources have been told that suspension is "likely" 2-4 games.
Have to take this tweet with grain of salt... There are too many misinformation out there nowadays. Hell, even this channel already generated 2 or 3 pages of "When will Judkins sign or not? Or have he signed his contract yet with Browns?!"This has NOT been verified.
Verify this with other sources.

I guess you never know with the Browns... but the '4-years fully guaranteed' part certainly sounded likeNot seeing any confirmation. Looks like the report of signing was indeed not real.
This thing makes no sense on so many levels. I've not even seen or heard of an official sighting of Judkins since he posted bond and walked out of the jail. Has anyone else?
Hopefully when he eventually signs someone will offer an explanation as to why the Browns felt actually getting him in training camp, even if he was going to start the year suspended or on the exempt list, was just not important to them.
This all made sense to me when he had an open investigation but that's about when it stopped.

That's why I'm concerned about it. When something doesn't add up, there's usually some sort of reason for it.
Maybe it's nothing. But I've learned to lean in when something simply doesn't make sense.
It certainly reduces any pressure on Cleveland to sign him.My gosh what happens if Ford or Sampson absolutely light it up the first couple weeks?
In my dynasty league, I took him at 1.07 in the rookie draft. (Mind you, this happened a few days *BEFORE* he got arrested. So .. hate to bring any AC type questions into the mix here, but as a dynasty owner i feel its relevant. Are you guys keeping Quinshon on your active roster? or is he a prime candidate for the taxi squad at this point? Dynasty roster designations are due before kickoff tomorrow -
I took Judkins at the 5 spot in our rookie draft. Also just a week before the "incident" .. I'm optimistic as well, but if there is the dreaded CE or a suspension? might make sense to just designate him to the taxi squad. In my dynasty league, I took him at 1.07 in the rookie draft. (In another league, which is redraft PPR league, I took Judkins at early 11th round.)
Pigs fly and you can ice-skate across hell?My gosh what happens if Ford or Sampson absolutely light it up the first couple weeks?
Yeah, there was a lot of chatter about Sanders. They may end up with a mess at RB just like they do at QB. But better to have options than not. Would be interesting to see what they do if Sanders or either of the other two backs goes off.Chances are Ford and Sampson don’t stay healthy all year but also what about Rocket Sanders? He’s a big back like Judkins with good speed. How he looks in practice and any game action he gets will be significant.
Completely agree, however I think Mitchell can be special in that offense if Henry goes down. Everyone else on that list is a JAG.The only RBs drafted after him in my league were Najee Harris, Blake Corum, Dylan Simpson, Will Shipley, Tyjae Spears, Woody Marks, and Keaton Mitchell.
I feel way more optimistic that Judkins contributes anything significant than any of those guys
Not to de-rail the Judkins thread but Balt. seems pretty enamored with trotting Justice Hill out there in Henry's absence. He is RB2 and Mitchell saw minimal run last season.Completely agree, however I think Mitchell can be special in that offense if Henry goes down. Who knows how or when this will end or play out, complete gamble taking him on roster at this point. I would not drop Charbs, Etienne is debatable depending on remaining roster and what your thoughts are on Travis. He was cut in one of my leagues last night
We can only carry 5 and I would have to make a cut to like Charbonnet or Travis Etienne
I'm thinking
What's the fastest he could actually see the field and contribute on the Browns' offense?
He's missed all of camp and preseason, would need time to get in game shape even after suspension and being eased in slowly

This is all contingent on what your TS rules are. In my league I would for sure put him on the TS. This is the only chance I have to do so. Once the season starts if he is on my active roster I can no longer ever demote him to the TS. In addition, I can promote him at any time so even if I started him on the TS and he starts playing and doing well in week 10 I can activate him and start using him.I took Judkins at the 5 spot in our rookie draft. Assuming redraft, I wouldn't cut either of those guys for him. Even if he eventually takes the starting job, he's still on a bottom feeder offense. He was cut in one of my leagues last night

Same rules as your league. We do loose that taxi spot if we activate. Tough choice. This is all contingent on what your TS rules are. In my league I would for sure put him on the TS. Without knowing your TS rules I can't really say what is the best option. In general, I would say he should be placed on the TS though.

I'm sure, he was a highly sought after prospect. I don't know if it was ever publicly disclosed, but I have info on how much Ohio St budgeted at RB last year and Judkins chose them in part because they promised to limit his workload too.Did Judkins earn a lot of NIL from college? Financially how long cane he sit out from a mufti-million dollar contract.

I think I mentioned it before, but if not, this would be a good thing. And yes I know your comment was a joke. I don't understand committing meaningful capital to RB while amidst a rebuild. That's a piece to add once ready to ascend, not prior. Limited usage this year would be a good thing in the long run.Seems like Cleveland is trying to limit his workload as wellI'm sure, he was a highly sought after prospect. They could do what they did with Trent Richardson, draft and sign him, give him a bunch of touches, then try to move him. In 2025/26 I think the RB market will begin to trend back to where it was in the 2000s/2010s as the NFL is a copycat league. Of course this is all based on the assumption that the Browns' front office in not playing checkers...I think I mentioned it before, but if not, this would be a good thing. Sure would seem odd they would have some kind of better sources here than any other media source. Not sure I buy they have any real info. The Times of India????From India Times... 2-4 Games....

It's disturbing how interested the NFL is about this incident
Judkins isn't even signed so he's not really drawing a paycheck yet from the Browns and Goodell is eager to suspend him
No arrest or charges filed, that should be about the end of it.
Do you think Adam SIlver investigates like this in the NBA?
Gary Bettman, Rob Manfred?
Sinner tried to cause a riot at the US Open, questioned the gender of the chair umpire and all he got was a fine
Also, a couple of things that don’t add up:Not seeing any confirmation. Looks like the report of signing was indeed not real.

Remember that Ray Rice was never convicted of anything either. Obviously it was a very different situation, but that case almost brought Goodell down. They tried to use the lack of a criminal conviction to justify their initial suspension, but that didn’t matter in the eyes of the public after the video surfaced. People were calling for his resignation, and Ray Rice never played again. They said they never saw the video before it surfaced, but I don’t buy it.
