Could be. I'm open to that thought. But if that was the case, why take my kid out of class and into the hallway the second time? Maybe there was a good reason for that too. But my daughter did not mention that second incident at all to us until directly confronted with it. I'll be interested to hear her version of the conversation with that class. I'm also interested to hear from the principal why he mentioned me by name to the teacher thus implicating my daughter. What could he possibly gain from exposing my daughter?

Teacher shouldn't be on the phone all the time, shouldn't have told the kids to not tell their parents, and shouldn't have called out your daughter for speaking up.
