OK,
@TheWinz , unless somebody tears up a knee (Or maybe if I wake up tomorrow), this will be final:
QB - Patrick Mahomes - KC/6 - $27
QB - Bo Nix - DEN/14 - $11
Going big at QB with Mahomes. With all those weapons this year, his floor is about everyone else's ceiling. It will also differentiate my team from the ton of Goff/Purdy entries. Nix seems like the best cheap, safe option to cover the bye week.
RB - Kenneth Walker III - SEA/10 - $20
RB - Devin Singletary - NYG/11 - $15
RB - Javonte Williams - DEN/14 - $14
RB - J.K. Dobbins - LAC/5 - $8
RB - Kimani Vidal - LAC/5 - $3
RB - Justice Hill - BAL/14 - $2
Walker and Williams should be high-end RB2s, and in some universes could be RB1s. Singletary looks like this year's R. White: nothing special but tons of carries. I switched to him from Harris at the last minute, freeing up enough money to add Vidal. Initially, I thought Gus Williams was a lock, but if camp reports are accurate, Dobbins is a steal at this price. As a hedge, if his leg explodes, Vidal should get enough carries to protect me, and if Gus is the one who gets injured the Dobbins/Vidal combo could be gold. Hill at $2 was too good to pass up--I expect him to be the most owned player in the contest.
WR - Malik Nabers - NYG/11 - $19
WR - Terry McLaurin - WAS/14 - $19
WR - Rashee Rice - KC/6 - $13
WR - Rome Odunze - CHI/7 - $11
WR - Khalil Shakir - BUF/12 - $10
WR - Jameson Williams - DET/5 - $10
WR - Andrei Iosivas - CIN/12 - $5
Nabers and McLaurin may get more targets than anyone not named Lamb. Rice seems like a given--if anyone challenges Hill for most owned player, it will be him. I would expect those three to count for me nearly every week. Odunze, Shakir and Jamo all have the potential to be contributors in multiple weeks. Iosivas should at least provide the same 2-3 weeks of usable scores that Tyler Boyd used to, and, (again, much like Boyd) if either of the Cinci prima donna WRs gets injured, he could be huge.
TE - Trey McBride - ARI/11 - $24
TE - George Kittle - SF/9 - $15
TE - Taysom Hill - NO/12 - $8
I continue to believe that TE is the sweet spot for points/pricing in the contest. McBride and Kittle have the potential to provide a big score every week, and Hill has been the wild-card of the contest for the last several years. No reason not to expect 3 or 4 explosive weeks from him again.
PK - Chris Boswell - PIT/9 - $4
PK - Joshua Karty - LAR/6 - $3
PK - Cam Little - JAX/12 - $3
TD - Green Bay Packers - GB/10 - $3
TD - Los Angeles Chargers - LAC/5 - $3
Meh, 3 cheap kickers and 2 cheap Ds. What else is there to say?
