I believe Disney has 'woke' people who are influential at the highest ranks, but I'll also agree that The Acolyte wasn't overly woke for the most part unless you consider painstaking avoidance of white male actors 'woke'.
I didn't think the show was too great, but it had its moments. I appreciated that it was a bit more realistic with the violence than much of the Star Wars Universe has been. Main characters getting offed was actually nice to see...gives a bit of suspense and realism to the action. Jedi who are impervious to getting hurt and killed gets quite boring.
I'll say Acolyte and Andor are probably the two most 'adult' series they've produced, while Rogue One is the most 'adult' movie. Ando & Rogue are the best of the SW universe in my opinion. I hope the failure of Acolyte doesn't convince the Disney decision makers that they need to only focus on kid-centric content, but I fear it will.
