don't think Eagles fans are as important to anyone else as you do.
No squat Tuesdays for Kirk!Cousins much squat more than Hurts because he doesn't need no pushey in the tushey.
To those that think I'm an Eagles hater ...I'm at the Westgate cashing an Eagles ticket today.
I love the Tush Push!!!![]()
I feel I need to add an addendum to my post now.don't think Eagles fans are as important to anyone else as you do.![]()
Keep on trolling...So much better than a FG, innit?2 seconds left in the half and Eagles run the Tush Push for a TD. Yeah baby!!!!
The NFL needs to figure out a way to expand this play. We need more of this.
only if it's also included you cant push from behind a defender on a gang tackle. I mean....how is it any different?! And it's done constantly (INCLUDING against the tush push)Cool, let's make it a penalty to push the ball carrier. All ball carriers.Yes, it would be better without the pushing. How is it worse than any other typical short-yardage play? If there was no pushing, would it be any better?Yeah...officials don't stand a chance with that mass of humanity around the ball.Justin Fields must squat 600 lbs to get that Tush Push 1st down mid 1st quarter.
Also, loved how the two officials each had the play marked vastly different (a yard+ difference). One was a 1st down, one had it short. 1st down!!![]()
No, I posted an honest reply. I love it when the Eagles convert a 1st down or score touchdowns. I love them so much better than a punt, turnover on downs, or a FG. A troll job would be the post I replied to, that was nothing but sarcasm strictly designed to elicit a response.Keep on trolling...So much better than a FG, innit?2 seconds left in the half and Eagles run the Tush Push for a TD. If only Noah Gray could squat 700lbsThe Chiefs game fake FG Tush Push was horrible. The officials couldn't tell when the play ended, a player had their helmet ripped off in the mass of bodies, and there was nothing to review because you couldn't see where the ball stopped or when the officials blew it dead.
Get rid of this crap.
Team's coached by Robert Saleh, the defenses, they tend to get "a lot" of roughing the passer penalties. I wouldn't be surprised to see a few cheap shots from them on both the Tush play and regular drop backs.
Because a team is bad at executing it, therefore it should be banned. Got it.The Chiefs game fake FG Tush Push was horrible. It was the 3. That's why they didn't use it.4th and goal from the 2.
No Tush Push, no score on the Eagles QB run. Despite the offensive line and QB squat prowess.
Maybe it's the play. ?? Edit: TD Eagles. Who needs the push!?!!!![]()
Isn't that rule only for kicks?I agree with my stepson, if they are going to continue to allow it they should allow the defense to line up over the center. They have that rule to protect the center, so allow that or get rid of allowing the tush push.
Yes, to protect the long snapper as he is usually not otherwise fit for the NFL.Isn't that rule only for kicks?I agree with my stepson, if they are going to continue to allow it they should allow the defense to line up over the center. I wonder if Hurts could be susceptible to a concussion with this play if teams start to target him? Can't wait to see the play again later today. Could barely sleep last night in anticipation

Uh, the defense can already line up over the center as long as it's not a kicking play.

While Lane not playing would be devastating to the Eagles, he actually doesn’t make much of an impact on the tush push play. They run Jalen left over Mailata, Dickerson and Kelce on this play.Lane Johnson now questionable (groin)
Was the forward pass even legal then?Yes, to protect the long snapper as he is usually not otherwise fit for the NFL.Isn't that rule only for kicks?I agree with my stepson, if they are going to continue to allow it they should allow the defense to line up over the center. Also the long-snapper often has to have his head down, looking at the target, especially on punts - or at least I had to when I did it a million years ago. The long-snapper is essentially in a defenseless position as contrasted with the center on a normal play from scrimmage, who has his head up with eyes forward.

Well now we know what the side of history is. This is the same fining Amon Ra like 5% of his salary for just running into a defender.
Jerry Jones probably has his 100 dollar bill wrapped thumb up Rodger's buttThis shouldn't surprise anyone. If a team gets too good or clever at something, Goodell wants to stop it.
