There are much fewer “bargain basement” dudes. Pricing scale seems compressed to favor the known over the risky players. First impression is that there will be far fewer large roster teams.

thoughts/lessons for me from last year:

generally a 2 QB guy but with tua I would need 3...or may switch to Cousins with one other sturdy big play QB

pk - spending up $$for it this year so may go to 2 big time kickers that are steady…made top 200 last year but rode 1 kicker due to the other 2 getting cut…lol

defense - 3 always and tend to stay in that $3 to $4 range..easiest pick area for me.

This seems like a good year to go with 2 QBs. I have almost always gone with 3, but that was almost always with a QB3 who was $5 or less. This year, every quarterback who is favored to be a starter costs at least $7. And that's just Ridder & Mayfield at $7 - you have to pay more than that for someone with more job security, a decent projection, or a higher ceiling. I think I get more points spending that $7-$10 to upgrade my QB1, or on flex-able positions, rather than a QB3 who I hope would mostly be on my bench.
