Safe. Moving on to my no QB week. Need Higgins to not be hurt next week. Luckily I was only dependent on 3 out of 5 of next week's bye players' scores.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say Week 5. Yeah, I did the same (2 and 2), and in any other week, I could have survived the 3 pts from my defense and 3 pts from my kicker. This week, I have no room for error, and am currently on the outside looking in. Ugh.I chose only 2 kickers and 2 defenses this year, and here is what they've combined to get me each week:
Week 1 - 22.3
Week 2 - 14.8
Week 3 - 14.0
Week 4 - 33.5
Week 5 - 4.0
Week 6 - 18.9
Week 7 - 24.6
Week 8 - 15.6
Week 9 - 20.8
Guess which week I needed 7 points to advance?

20 from worthy is absolutely possible.going to call it an even 20 points that I need from either Worthy or Perine.
Certainly possible, but based on history through 8 weeks, I would say unlikely. He's hit that number once (Week 1). But, who knows... all it takes is one big play and a few more touches in PPR. If nothing else it will keep my attention. Hoping TB can keep it close/interesting.20 from worthy is absolutely possible.going to call it an even 20 points that I need from either Worthy or Perine.
I don't think the line can increase 7 unless Irving and Worthy score 15+ each. But I ain't a wizard, so what do I know?gonna be close for me - I'm only 7 above the cutline with Otton (-7.2) still left to roll
That made me curious, so I went and looked. I've been above the cut by at least 10 every week, but my lowest was 10.85 in Week 1! I would have thought I'd clear it by more with all the silly roosters still in the competition, so that was a bit scary, thought I was going to have a short season. Lowest since then was Week 5 at 12.75, which was when I only had one each of QB, K, and DEF.I've been above the cut at least 18 every week... except 1
Update - WR Jalen McMillan and RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire are inactive2454 still alive, but will be cutting 736 this week down to 1718. Here are tonight's ownership numbers (not listing anyone already ruled OUT):
459 - RB Bucky Irving
403 - WR Xavier Worthy
264 - RB Samaje Perine
163 - QB Baker Mayfield
162 - TE Cade Otton
145 - TD Kansas City Chiefs
137 - WR Jalen McMillan
115 - TD Tampa Bay Buccaneers
89 - PK Chase McLaughlin
82 - QB Patrick Mahomes
71 - PK Harrison Butker
19 - TE Noah Gray
19 - RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire
16 - WR DeAndre Hopkins
14 - TE Travis Kelce
13 - Rachaad White
9 - WR Justin Watson
6 - WR Trey Palmer
I doubt the line will move all that much, but I am not a math scientist. My guess is that the line will move a little less than 5. It moved only 3.3 during last night's game, and Darnold was owned by 480 and scored 31.90 points, although there really weren't many other highly owned players.
You and me both brother. It seems that Otton has given me enough to move on for the week.
It happened.162.15 according to TensionMask. Only 24 above unofficial cut line. Feels safe.
Anything Perine scores above 9.4 adds to it. Not that it's happened anytime this season yet.
0.6 from cutline. Wow. Cade Otton for President.Of note
- HairySasquatch was this week's top dog with a score of 214.45 (19th overall)
- lsutigers was this week's lowest advancing team with 146.15 (1698th overall)
Good luck in week 10!
You have to finish in the top 250. That means either make the finals or be one of the 37 (give or take, depending on ties) highest scores eliminated in Week 14.Is Joe's thing through Week 10?
