A little breakdown of who saved/sunk their teams with their performance last night.

Obviously, Karty and his 20.3 pts moved the most entries from below the cutline to above. He salvaged 49 of the 113 roosters who were about to be visited by The Turk (43%). Kupp did his part to lifted 43% of his roosters with a mediocre score of 15. But from a "saved percentage" the hero of the night was Tyreek Hill, who with a paltry 11.7 points, brought 55% of his roosters back from the brink.

On the other side of things, pretty much everyone was a disappointment. Very few players came to their owner's rescue. Of Achane's 172 rosters under the cutline on Monday morning, 149 of them remained that way on Tuesday. Colby saved only 2 of his 59 rosters in danger. And Tua was so bad that 3 of his teams couldn't outrun the cutline.

Overall the night was good for those of us who looking for a low scoring affair.

How did Colby Parkinson save anyone? I thought he didn't even have a target?

We started this week with 17 folks eligible for @Joe Bryant extra $100 prize. Sadly, we have to say farewell to @-OZ- @HairySasquatch @rzrback77 @themeanmachine @barackdhouse

Moving on to week 11 are:
@lsutigers @bamabuddha @Puppies @BlackCrowes @scottybo @Scoresman @Forte Yard Dash @JaBoo @apalmer @da_budman @IHEARTFF @a_troll00

Of note
- da_budman was this week's top dog with a score of 169.00 (42nd overall)
- bamabuddha was this week's lowest advancing team with 119.95 (1128th overall)

Good luck in week 11!
Thanks Winz and appreciate all the work you have done on this. I would like to think I can move on but alas, barring a miracle, Week 11 is where I get off the bus at the corner of Turk and FBG ave, Unlike the vast majority of you guys I put minimal effort in forming my team. Having 5 players off this week isnt Ideal, especially when 2 of them are your only quarterbacks. Good luck to anybody who moves on. Highly doubt I will be one of them.

I am out. It’s been fun, but the Turk had different plans for me this week.

Top RB, Gibbs gave me 11.8 points
Top WR, Deebo gave me 12.6 points

I know Will Levis gets a ton of crap, but he did great for me this year. This week he scored 24.85 for me, which is more than most QBs. Gano jumped back in and gave me my highest kicker score this week.
Next year, I plan to save each lineup I create to see how those lineups would have done versus teh team I entered the contest with.

Rice and Love were on most of my lineups this year, but I made change after change with everyone else.

My biggest player disappoints were Achane and Jayden Reed, I really thought each of them were going to crush it this year. Y biggest loss was Rice because I had him on most of my fantasy teams. I think I am in 6 leagues and had him in 5 of them. He was a keeper in the 6th league, so I never had the chance to get him at the draft.

Good luck to everyone still alive. I hope one of the regulars here on the forum wins it all this year

Karty killed the 18-20 player roster
Fare thee well, Bantam Menace.

Survived longer than I did! Ghost entry still going strong though... only Perine, Laube, Hurst, and Gano haven't counted yet. Mahomes/Barkley/Nabers/Kittle have all counted 7+ weeks, with Bucky Irving at 6 weeks.

I have 4 off this week but only two are high contributors to my team;
Connors and Nabors

So hoping I do a little better than this past week where 3 of the 4 of my players off were big contributors- Geno, Walker and Bowers

The cheeky answer is he brought friends.

Truth is I do a pretty bare bones analysis for this one. I just look at the number of teams who had a MNF player below the cutline before the Monday night game, and then compare it to afterwards. If less teams rostering a player are cut after Monday night than before, I consider it a "save" for that player. To be more accurate I could look only for teams who use the score from the MNF player. That would be more complicated, but maybe something I can look to implement.

As for the friends Colby brought, each roster would be different, but as an example, Bearpig had Colby, Kupp and Karty on his roster. So before MNF, he had a score of 101.5 with a cutline of 109.95. But afterwards, he shot up to 128.2. So he would count as a save for all three players. It's lazy analysis for sure, but since Turk goes through the trouble of providing the data, I try to use it to add a bit of context around the contest.

Last week turned up this gem of schadenfreude. This entry stacked Mahommes with Kelce. Throughout the entire season, both largely disappointments. But in week 9, they finally both blow up, each putting up more than 30 points. So much so that only a single entry with Kelce got snagged by the Turk. Predictably it was the guy who stacked with Mahommes. That must have been so frustrating, you finally get ~65 points from your stud stack, and it isn't enough. But that's fantasy football for you.

I saved a lot of my roster iterations, and its too bad there isn't a tool where we can put in theoretical lineups.

Out of curiosity, I looked at a 30-member team roster to see how it would have done. Turns out it would have been eliminated week 9. Glad I made the right decision!

A tool to track them would be terrific. I have struggled the past few years and need to change my tactics next year

Well I get Robinson back this week
So maybe I'll get more than 9 points out of my RBs. Of course he's playing Philly so maybe not.

Slow adapter to technology strikes again
I fixed it. Somehow desk top got clicked, I don't even know how to do such a thing, but I managed it somehow. Man that was hard to navigate.

So, my week without Nabors and McBride (and Singletary, although his contributions have been minimal). No problem, have Nabors covered with McLaurin...oops. Well, at least McBride won't be missed because I have Kittle, right? Oops.

:Sigh: It was nice while it lasted.

Well sure has been fun,but I think this is it for me. I have no TEs this week. Otton and Kittle have saved me multiple times not to be this week.
I think I'm going to buy 2 subscriptions just to have a 2nd entry next year.
I did. I might buy 3 next year if the subscription doesn't go up.
I know you did. :-)
Well it's better than paying $300 bucks to RT sports to suck hind *** all season long.

You can't say *** it's such a friendly word. I mean where would we be without them.

Probably should root against my ghost team so it hurts less but can't help but root for the ghost team so I can think my logic is close.

Really main takeaway is to not roster players that are banged up coming into the season even if you really think they will explode - multiply this sentiment by 100 if they player is a 49er as the coach is untrustworthy

Edit….and that was before the 75yd TD 🤩….176 now. See y’all next week!
