So as I suspected.... poor scoring from my non qb team. Rbs were okish at 27.5 points for the pair.. wrs? 12.9 for the pair.....ughhhh. defense and kicker you say? 16.3 for the pair....not bad but not enough to save me. But then there was that Te position....ok Te plus 2 flexs all te's BEFORE Kittles I have Likely, bowers, and taysom hill scoring a crisp and exact 100 points for me!!!! sO MY QBLESS, Naberless, and irvingless team has 156.70 kickass points!!!!Thanks Winz and appreciate all the work you have done on this. I would like to think I can move on but alas, barring a miracle, Week 11 is where I get off the bus at the corner of Turk and FBG ave, Unlike the vast majority of you guys I put minimal effort in forming my team. Having 5 players off this week isnt Ideal, especially when 2 of them are your only quarterbacks. Good luck to anybody who moves on. Highly doubt I will be one of them.We started this week with 17 folks eligible for @Joe Bryant extra $100 prize. Sadly, we have to say farewell to @-OZ- @HairySasquatch @rzrback77 @themeanmachine @barackdhouse
Moving on to week 11 are:
@lsutigers @bamabuddha @Puppies @BlackCrowes @scottybo @Scoresman @Forte Yard Dash @JaBoo @apalmer @da_budman @IHEARTFF @a_troll00
Of note
- da_budman was this week's top dog with a score of 169.00 (42nd overall)
- bamabuddha was this week's lowest advancing team with 119.95 (1128th overall)
Good luck in week 11!
Same, but for me it was missing the cut by 4 points in week 8, and been above it every other week, including sitting at 175 this week. Ugh.Since being booted by less than 3 in week 5, I've made the cut each week by 18+, and am currently above the line
Had the same issue.Taysom Hill off to a great start to try to bail me out if Kittle doesn't play!
I’ll be interested to see if any Taysom teams get the boot

I may be the lone Goff (46.7)/Taysom(48.7) owner sweating it or facing elimination this week at 157 and only the Texans D left to go. The rest of my roster is just a wasteland of mediocrity and never was.
I have done that in the past and may do it again next year. Warning - it is too easy to select the same players on each entry as you decide this player is going to crush it and they end up hurting both your entries.I think I'm going to buy 2 subscriptions just to have a 2nd entry next year.Well sure has been fun,but I think this is it for me. I have no TEs this week. Otton and Kittle have saved me multiple times not to be this week.

100% agree. I have played this for 3 seasons now, I rostered 3 TEs my first two seasons, and this year I thought there was a ton of value there, and this year I rostered 4 (Engram, Kittle, Hill, Parkinson). I've gotten a flex score from that group all but 2 weeks, and one of those weeks (week 3), they were all out except Parkinson! I'll definitely be going with 4 from now on.I have done that in the past and may do it again next year. I have rostered 4 TEs every year for the last 5 years.
Before you laugh at me, consider this....
If you break down the numbers, you'll see that TE's on average, score more points per salary cap $ than WRs and by a long shot over RBs. So in this scoring system, it only makes sense to roster at least 3 if not 4, because you can get up to 2 flex scores from the TE position.
Through the first 11 weeks of this season I have gotten 12 of my 22 flex scores from the TE position, including 2 this week (21.60 from Njoku and 15.30 from Hunter Henry) in addition to my main TE score of 48.70 from Taysom Hill.
According to the final Football Guys projected fantasy points for all the players on the contest ticket, the average expected points per salary cap dollar by position were:
QB: 20.44
RB: 9.79
WR: 11.66
TE: 13.65

To corroborate this a bit, I pulled the total flex scores for the season from all the teams alive in week 10.
The way to read the chart is, "The 285 teams who rostered 4 running backs scored an average of 224.1 points from the two flex spots on their roster." It doesn't mean those flex scores came from running backs.
Looking at the biggest jumps in flex scores, I will consider rostering a minimum of 5 RBs, 3 TEs, and 5 WRs next year. This year I rostered 6 RBs, 6 WRs and 4TEs. And I have made it much further than ever before. While most of that is due to dodging injuries. Having depth at each position has lead to me scoring 255 flex points, vs the average of 236.

I'm in the 144. Highest point total of the year at 192! I'm hoping that if I make it past next week, Kittle and Hill together will give me a boost in the finals.Since TE was a big topic for this week, I looked at the Kittle / Hill ownership. Going into this week, there were 368 live teams with Kittle, and of those, 144 also rostered Hill. Will be interesting to see how many of the Kittle teams without Hill survive this week.
Are you High Octane?I went 6 RBs, 7 WRs and 3 TEs. Through 10 weeks, I got 143.6 flex points from 10 WR scores, 127.8 from 8 TE scores and 24.4 from 2RB scores for a total of 305.8. This week will add 12.5 at WR and 12.9 at RB.
I went with 6 RBs mostly because last year I had 5 and by Week 8 I was down to 1 guy playing each week.

Congrats Dude! You rock.Well, I wasn’t the “top dog” this week (pun intended) … but I did post my highest score of the year at 213 points.
Tough 3 weeks ahead. Hopefully a few of us make it to the money round.
Good luck, everyone![]()
Can you post an extinct player list please?I was looking at survival rates from week 11 mostly to answer the question did anyone with Taysom get cut (Yes, 11 in fact which is Noahlott of teams). But then I wanted to take stock of the seasonal survival rates of players. Excluding the top 2 (Sorry Drew Lock, and Aiden O'Connell you don't count), the top 10 survivors through 11 weeks are:
Demarcus Robinson (16.6%), Cade Otton (16.1%), Chase Brown (15.2%), Bucky Irving (14.7%), Ja'Tavion Sanders (14.6%), Josh Downs (14.3%), Courtland Sutton (14.2%), Tyrone Tracy Jr. (14.1%), J.K. Dobbins (14%), Brock Bowers (13.7%)
Of this list, I only have Bucky. I wanted to put Cade in my lineup too, but since I am a Bucs fan, I thought I was just being a homer. To be honest I had to look up who Ja'Tavion even was, so for him to be on this list was surprising. The other surprise came as an omission. I expected King Henry to be here, as he has been kicking my butt all year, but he sits in 39th place with about a 10% survival rate.
On the other end of the spectrum, there are a number of really big names. Guys that haven't lived up to their price, but could absolutely blow up in the playoffs and be real differentiators. Guys like Puka who has a single roster remaining. D.Hop only appears on 3 live rosters, Kelce and Mike Evans with 4, and only 5 remain with CMC. Anyone of those could put up 30+ points in successive playoff weeks and be the reason their owners take the number 1 spot.

Sure! By my count these are all the players knocked out completely, along with how many times they were rostered at the start of the season. Can you post an extinct player list please?

This contest is so crazy. I would trade my team for this team in a heartbeat.I was looking at survival rates from week 11 mostly to answer the question did anyone with Taysom get cut (Yes, 11 in fact which is Noahlott of teams).
If you give Taysom a 0, and everyone else stays the same. The cutline drops to 142.25. 10.7 points is a lot for one player, but I thought it would be more.Ghost entry (elim week 6) continues on to week 12. I'm curious what the cut line would have been without Taysom's performance this week.
I've scored 284.2 from flex slots this year... flex was particularly strong the first 4 weeks (averaged 32.6).
Unused money is Samaje Perine, Dylan Laube (might get a shot this week!), Graham Gano, and Hayden Hurst. Only real dead money from injuries is Rashee Rice.
