I'm having a hard time buying this reasoning for his struggles. Guys at this level have so much pride. With everybody telling him how much he sucks, you would think he would have kicked it into high gear. I think he's got something going on with his knees or something that is preventing him...
I've been loading up my roster with RB's with potential, just picked up Pierre Thomas after he was cut by his original owner. Picked up Anthony Dixon. Still sitting on Torain hoping he can make a comeback this season. Sitting on Goodson, Ivory, and Gerhart as well.
Both Ward and Jacobs are far more valuable as fantasy plays without each other in the active lineup...so those who own both Jacobs and Ward should be ok as long as the situation is clear going into Sundays game.
As far as Jacobs softening up the defense...I don't really buy into this theory...
