SD has the 6th worst pass D and Luck is the QB, so...they run the ball a ton...makes sense

Ugh, hated that decision. It was what, 4th and 1 1/2 yards? Their defence has been horrendous. Gotta let your best player make a play there, or run it up the middle with Richardson.
