That sounds like that guy from I Like Killing Flies - No Parties of 5!
You can make 2 picks, as landrys made his 18th/19th picks and ilov80s is on skip.Sorry, guys. I'll make my pick in a sec
there go another gay pop classic.
Also damn it.304 Trans-Europe Express - Kraftwerk
this is for Eephus.
Is @Pip's Invitation still around? I thought I saw that he was going to be out.
If he's out ...
@Uruk-Hai is next
I haven't researched it since seeing it in the theater. Just devastatingly good.Speaking of gay pop classics, I think you might appreciate that, after my mom read the names of all the movies to me on the plane, I gave her a few suggestions and she chose to watch "Paris Is Burning." Since I hadn't seen it until 1990 or whenever it came out, I watched it again later too. It is still every bit as good as it was originally.
If sheet 3 is accurate, no one picking ahead of me needs a song from this tier so I'm going to go ahead and take
19.06 Mr. Tambourine Man - Bob Dylan (#164).
Very happy to get this song this late.
round 18
Cranes in the Sky by Solange
round 19
The Rain by Missy Elliot
Boy, I sure lucked into THIS one19.03
#50 "Gasolina" - Daddy Yankee
Now I should probably go listen to it
I've listened to everything available to finish this up. There's one I might listen to again.19.03
#50 "Gasolina" - Daddy Yankee
Now I should probably go listen to it
I listened to it a couple of days ago when it became apparent I was going to be left with it or the Kendrick Lamar record. I remembered didn't like the Lamar song at all, so I took this one while having completely forgotten about it.I've listened to everything available to finish this up. There's one I might listen to again.
I must owe two, then?@Doug B looks to be on skip - so that makes @Ramsay Hunt Experience up if he's around tonight
Someone mentioned it above, but it was odd how this group of records had so many unpicked this late in the draft.18.23
#92 "Good Golly Miss Molly" - Little Richard
21st century popular music in a nutshell. It sounds like one of those records that was probably everywhere when it came out, except wherever I was.
I hear ya, but people our ages have been saying something similar for 75 years.21st century popular music in a nutshell.
I'm not taking "The Rain" unless its by Oran "Juice" Jones.Hahahaha, you had to take a Missy Elliot song, hahahahaha, you suck at this, hahahahaha.
Was wondering if Ms. Eliot's version was a ... cover of OJJ.I'm not taking "The Rain" unless its by Oran "Juice" Jones.
20.18 (#120) -- Oh Bondage! Up Yours! -- X-Ray Spex
It's an acquired taste, I suppose. I like the energy. Kind of a shaggy dog pick in this playlist, but I blame El Floppo.
I must owe two, then?
I've heard Creedence Clearwater Revival's "Proud Mary" (152) more than enough for a lifetime, but it is a milestone rock record. I'll take it for my 18.19 pick. I like the song a lot, it's just not my favorite version these days.

Yeah, that's a ####### insane 18th rounder.Someone mentioned it above, but it was odd how this group of records had so many unpicked this late in the draft.18.23
#92 "Good Golly Miss Molly" - Little Richard
Simey & Weasel sniped me coming down the stretch, but this ain't a bad consolation.
I believe it's called, in the parlance of the yutes, a "banger" (& with Richard, that's like a quadruple entendre)
19.08 (#93) -- Since U Been Gone -- Kelly Clarkson
Yeah, I like it better than Maps. Sue me.
My last pick is already set in stone, so might as well finish up.

19.09: If I Ain’t Got You - Alicia Keys (#440)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ju8Hr50Ckwk
not exactly my cup of tea - but compared to the alternatives - at this point, this song is a GD wet dream.
NOOOOOOO.are we supposed to go ahead and take our 20th rd pick now?
A little long but a ton of fun. Some major action sequences. How was the movie?

I think Tim picked this already
it is still showing up on the "Songs Remaining" tab
(oh god please make this song still available ...)
Why is that an angry red for you?Oh god bless you. This was my very last Angry Red, and I'd felt sure someone would draft it but was starting to get worried.
Done. No Angry Reds will infect my playlist.
The martinis did work so I may screw this up but I will start with
Round 18
298 Jungleland by Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band
