you need to fade the wide receivers and kamara and you have a shot. a decent score out of mahomes to kelce and carr to his tight ends wouldnt hurt you at all.... Its those wide receivers with so many of them out that could move the needle....especially Worthy since he is owned rather heavily. good luck.

So you’re saying there’s a chance
I'll be shocked if I survive this week, but it looks like I've actually got a chance. With injuries and byes, I somehow am above the cutline despite my most expensive player (Bijan) not contributing to my score. Certainly glad I rostered 4 TEs, and two $3 players (Sermon and Parkinson) came up huge for me.
With Bijan not contributing and Nabers out, I now don't have anyone who has contributed in all 5 weeks. Same as last week, my only non-contributors thus far are Corum and Engram. As with most everyone else on here, I'll be hoping for a speedy recovery for Nabers, Shakir, and Hill.

DAL@PIT moved the cut by 11 points. Dowdle's big TD moved it quite a bit by itself. There's not quite any Dowdles playing tonight in terms of high ownership. DAL@PIT was also a fairly low scoring game, though that was partly due to Dallas squandering points while producing a lot of offense, so that may be deceiving.

I managed to make it through... one more intentionally rough week to go with no QB in Week 6...
Before tonight, I was 0.1 point below the cutline. I was the top score under the line but am not sure how much the line moved since the other sites line didn't match up with the one on this site. Anyway, I only had Noah Gray, the backup KC TE going so not a lot of hope. However whatever he scored was going to count because he'd be replacing a 0. He scored 5.9 and now I am not sure of that's enough or not. I guess I'll wait till tomorrow. We'll see!!

Updating previous reports, Kansas City Chiefs WR Rashee Rice (knee) needs to undergo surgery on his lateral collateral ligament and is expected to miss the rest of the 2024 season, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Rice likely will be sidelined for around three months if he only needs surgery on his LCL and his other ligaments do not need to be surgically repaired.

I didn't think I had any chance of surviving this week being almost 20 points below the cut heading into last night unless Mahomes and/or Worthy had big games. Very thankful that the cut line only increased by about 3 points and that Kelce handed the ball off to Worthy on that option play near the goal line so that Worthy got the TD. I think this is the 1st time in all of the years I've been playing the contest that I've survived a week by being right on the cut line. Week 6 will be tough since Mahomes is on bye and my only other QB is Levis. Going to need some other guys to go off to make up for what I won't be getting at QB (not that Mahomes has been tearing it up so far this season). Good luck to everyone still in it.

survived as well, but to get by week 6, I'll need some of my injured guys back and my "stud" TE's to become STUD TE's, as I only rolled with mahomes at QB this year, so it's a zero for me at QB this week, which is just about what i've been getting anyway...
